May include :
- Follow the production schedule given by the crew chief.
- Inspect the line to verify the raw materials are the correct ones (insulation, core and jacket).
- Bring appropriate labels and spec sheets.
- Make the necessary changes of Mandrel and glass guide.
- Adjust the label gun to the date code corresponding to the date.
- Load the core tray with core and foil jackets, place them on the machine, the load the insulation into the glass unwind machine.
- Put the jackets on the Mandrel and start winding jacket machine.
- Operate the Duct Machine.
- Roll the product to the bagger.
- Maintain area and keep clean at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have good basic math skills.
- Must have legible handwriting.
