Field Service Technician
- Catoosa, OK
- Pay rate : $27 / hr (depending on experience) + $75 per diem when out in the field.
- 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, Day Shift
- 75% travel required

Their services can be applied to data center, chemical industries; marine applications; HVAC and refrigeration; and environmental as well as the food and beverage industries.

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Technicians, who is willing to travel (75%) and to supervise the installation of equipment, resolve technical problems, and perform routine repairs.
Looking for ideal candidates will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site field visits to supervise equipment installation.
- Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems and perform routine repairs.
- Ensure all new or modified equipment installations meet industry standards, company standards, and customer specifications.
- Review performance reports and inspect malfunctioning equipment to determine problems.
- Coordinate problem resolutions with Field Service, Engineering, and other departments.
- Maintain and submit reports to the Field Service Manager and Quality Department.
- Provide recommendations to improve equipment design, production, and service.
- Assist the Field Service Manager with customer inquiries and service.
- Troubleshoot, dismantle, and reassemble machines and equipment according to specifications.
- Conduct preventative maintenance at customer facilities.
- Operate mobile elevating work platforms and work at heights exceeding 50 feet.
- Adhere to safety requirements and complete necessary paperwork and reporting.
Qualifications :
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
- Minimum of 2 years related experience and / or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong ability to work cooperatively with others and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively (75%)
