A day in the life. As our Senior Client Manager on the Personal Lines team, you'll be responsible for the growth and management of private client accounts by meeting monthly and annual production goals. You will be a mentor to associates on your team and serve as an advisor and consultant to our client. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the marketplace, along with building and maintaining strong relationships with our insurance carrier partners.

Successful candidates will have :

• Superb customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional time management and organization skills.
• Self-starter with demonstrated resourcefulness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
