As a Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance on insurance products, resolving inquiries, and driving sales.
You will leverage your knowledge of property and casualty insurance to meet customer needs, enhance their experience, and contribute to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide information on policy details, coverage options, and claim processes.
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations as requested by customers.
Sales :
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products to existing and potential clients.
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services.
