We are currently hiring a talented Sr. Manager, Software Engineer to support the Risk Tech organization!In the Sr. Manager, Software Engineer role, you''ll manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure your teams'' delivery success by leveraging the appropriate teams, tools and innovative technology across Capital One to enable predictable, quality delivery while maintaining a focus on continuous team improvement and developing the careers of our team members.

The Sr. Technical Delivery Lead will provide technology leadership and direction to the team, occasionally contributing to code to ensure delivery and rapidly respond to changes on the team.
