Position Summary

• Lead development of complex ML pipelines and NLP models to generate business value and simplify internal processes
• Independently solve problems and provide a new perspective on existing solutions
• Structure analyses and models to solve multiple and / or complex business problems utilizing mathematical analyses and advanced industry techniques
• Collaborate with business partners to understand their problems and goals; develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics;

and present recommendations to senior staff and clients

• Act as an analytics product owner translating business needs into analytics projects and actions. Lead development of solutions with moderate complexity and risk
• Develop and participate in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective constituents on analytics results and solutions
• Use strong knowledge in algorithms and predictive models to investigate problems, detect patterns and recommend solutions
• Use strong programming skills to explore, examine and interpret large volumes of data in various forms

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytic experience, independently driving analyses and initiatives with a track record of business impact
• 3+ years of data science experience including measurement and experimentation
• Experience with modern NLP techniques, especially as relevant to data extraction and document summarization
• Experience in SQL, Tableau
• Experience programming using Python / R

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources
• Domain expertise with NLP : data extraction, document summarization, generative AI, etc.
• Experience deploying machine learning models in real time production environments including cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Spark-based systems, etc.
• Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners
• Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur
• Demonstrates proficiency in most areas of mathematical analysis methods, machine learning, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling and in-depth specialization in some areas

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Master’s degree or PhD preferred

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$97,335.00 - $206,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
