Estimator - Commercial Construction

Estimator Responsibilities :
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate project estimates
- Track and analyze project costs to ensure profitability
- Prepare and present project bids to clients
