We are seeking motivated individuals to assist in our BRAND NEW OFFICE for our Provider Services Program (also known as PAS or PHC services) at Legacy Home Care, Inc.
by providing a channel through which patients / clients or caregivers can seek solutions to problems, concerns and / or unmet needs.
Responsibilities will include :
- Answering high volume incoming calls regarding patient / client services.
- Processing patient information in agency database.
- Assisting with foot traffic
- Work with other employees to assist in the success of our new office
Job Qualifications :
- Customer service experience required.
- Work experience in PAS / PHC Coordination or in a healthcare related field PREFERRED
- Bilingual.
Hours :
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
