Are you a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? Soliant is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join a supportive school district near Chatham, New Jersey.
In this rewarding role, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and students to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans.
Candidates should be comfortable traveling to two nearby locations as part of their responsibilities.
Primary Duties :
- Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in their implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Teach ABA strategies and techniques to school staff to enhance their ability to support students effectively.
- Work collaboratively with staff to shape and improve their behavior programs, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Monitor and analyze student progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to promote positive behavior at home and school.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that supports student success.
Compensation :

Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience working in educational settings is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel to two nearby locations as needed.
