Location
Remote, with potential nationwide travel and disaster deployment responsibilities. Relocation to Washington, D.C., may be required.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develops communication strategies, strategic messaging, collateral development, and public relations campaigns.
- Formulate comprehensive communication plans that align with the organization's objectives and target audiences.
- Create and edit various types of content, including articles, speeches, blog posts, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all communication channels.
- Plan and coordinate events, such as press conferences, product launches, and community outreach initiatives.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including customers, partners, investors, and community groups.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree.
- 5+ years' experience
- Communication planning, media relations and strategic messaging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a related field of study.
- Knowledge and experience with Chambers of Commerce financial institutions, lending agencies, non-profit groups, and government agencies.

- Advisory Role : Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert recommendations and insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering value.
- Complete project work gets efficiently and satisfactory as directed by the team, the SPIN Global Way .
- Ensure excellence on deliverables and maintain client satisfaction, spotting and correcting issues before they impact project timelines.
