Director of Product & Brand Design

Overview

Huega House is looking for a Director of Product & Brand Design to lead product development, creative direction, and brand design. This role is both visionary and hands-on. You will drive the creative process from product concept to final campaign execution while also producing designs yourself, including product sketches, graphics, packaging, and brand visuals.

Salary Range : $100,000 – $150,000 annually, with potential for equity participation

Success in this position looks like building a cohesive product and brand identity that resonates with our audience, ensuring premium quality in every product, and elevating how Huega House shows up across all customer touchpoints. Over time, you will transition from doing it all to building and leading a small team, but initially this role requires a builder mindset.

This role is central to Huega House’s growth. It ensures that the product and brand creative direction remain aligned, consistent, and aspirational as we expand into new collections, categories, and retail channels.

Responsibilities

Product and Design

• Lead the design and development of Huega House products across hats, apparel, and future categories
• Create and maintain design direction from concept through tech packs, sampling, and production
• Execute hands-on design work including sketches, graphic design, packaging, and campaign visuals
• Ensure all products meet Huega House’s standards of quality, fit, and brand ethos
• Research and apply cultural, market, and trend insights to inspire product innovation
