The JOB :
As a Banquet Captain you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Banquet Captains proudly showcase our meeting space and food & beverage creations through events that range from business meetings to weddings.
The Banquet Captain is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!

This role as Banquet Captain requires skills such as organization, attention to detail, reliability and a desire to take care of others.

REQUIREMENTS :
Banquet Captain experience preferred
Must have knowledge of food & beverage service presentation and standards
Basic knowledge of bartending skills and drink preparation
Ability to operate point of sales.
Must be neat, clean and well-groomed at all times.
Ability to follow BEOs and supervise team members in set up, break down and service
Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs. on regular basis.
Ability to stand and work for long periods of time
Refined verbal communication skills
Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule availability
Maintain current Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification
