ELECTRICAL DATA CENTER PROJECT MANAGER

What They Need : Looking for a dynamic Electrical Data Center Project Manager to help our client manage premier Data Center projects and expand the business.

• A College degree, journeyman’s license, or master electrician’s license
• 5 yrs Minimum Electrical contracting project management experience
• Critical environment or operational data center experience
• Have technical knowledge and experience with complex electrical systems. Such as : Building Electrical systems, Electrical Distribution, Emergency Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and High / Medium / Low voltage applications.

What You'll Do :

Project and Account Management : manage overall schedule and milestones; financial, labor and change order tracking; materials purchasing and deliveries;

customer relations; billing

• Business Development : maintain customer relationships; manage large accounts; develop new business annually
• Estimating : determine materials take-off; review project scope and final bid; finalize summary sheet

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the projects are meticulously planned and executed with precision.
