Baptist Health is hiring a Emergency Department Technician for the Free-Standing Emergency Department located at Baptist St.
Augustine. This is a Full-Time Evening 11 : 00 AM-11 : 00 PM shift opportunity with a commitment of 36 hours per week. This is a hybrid position where you will help with patient care / procedures and also help at the desk with answering phones, call bells, completing consults, and assisting with admissions / transfers.

As a Emergency Department Technician, you will be responsible for :
- Assisting RNs in the Emergency Department with the care of patients who have healthcare needs including activities of daily living;
- Maintaining a safe environment;
- Collecting lab specimens;
- Intake and Output monitoring;
- Electronic medical record documentation;
- Working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
This Emergency Department Technician will be located in the Free-Standing Emergency Department at Baptist St. Augustine located in St Augustine, FL.
