Overview of the Full-Charge Bookkeeper role :
- Accounts payable : process between 30-50 invoices weekly
- Accounts receivable : billing, sending paper and virtual invoices
- Answer client phone calls; research and resolve routine account inquires and discrepancies
- Process payroll, including taxes and 401k items, for 30 employees; distribute statements to employees
- Prepare quarterly and annual state tax and sales tax reports
- Month end close duties include standard journal entries, financial statements, and bank reconciliations
Preferred Qualifications for the Full-Charge Bookkeeper :
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field
- 2+ years of experience in a Bookkeeping or Accounting role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Salary : $54,680.00 - $62,680.00
