Staff Accountant

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Staff Accountant. The Staff Accountant will perform traditional accounting duties, account reconciliations, and duties related to monthly accounting close.
Successful Candidate will possess :
- Extensive knowledge of CDK / ADP
- Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and Corporate Credit Card Administration
- Extensive knowledge of Manufacture, Bank and F / P reconciliations
- Extensive knowledge of Sales Tax Returns
- Extensive knowledge in Automotive Billing
- Extensive knowledge of CIT / Banking Reports
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Working knowledge of dealership financial statements
- Working knowledge of most accounting office positions
- Working knowledge of positive pay
- Working knowledge of finance reserves
Education and / or Experience
Minimum of a High School diploma required. 3 years of dealership accounting experience is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook is required.
