AO : Globe Life is looking for an insurance sales representative to join our team. This position is 100% remote with flexible working hours with ample advancement opportunities for driven performers.
New employees will go through formal training process, with regular meetings with mentor / manager to foster performance and success.
Qualifications :
- Positive attitude with openness to coaching / training
- Driven work ethic with willing to learn and grow
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage time and work independently, particularly in a remote setting
Requirements :
- Computer and phone skills - Conduct virtual meetings with clients to understand their financial needs.
- Communication skills - Interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds to explain benefits.
- Relationship building - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships for client satisfaction and retention.
- Willingness to learn - Accept and apply feedback to better performance and advance towards personal / team goals.
