Must-Have : Ability to document in EPIC without issue
Job Description :
- Case manage 20-25 patients, seeing about 5-6 per day.
- Perform patient assessments, wound care, and IV care.
- Complete Oasis documentation.
- Utilize computerized charting with EPIC EMR.
- Provide nursing care with a supplied nursing truck kit that includes medical supplies such as scales, dressing kits, Foley catheters, and IV supplies.
- Work independently during the week; no weekend or on-call shifts required.
- Training and orientation include 3-5 days with an RN preceptor, followed by field support from the staff development team and nursing supervisor.
- Maintain professional appearance with scrubs or business casual attire with a white smock.
Additional Comments :
- The policy allows for a call-off equivalent to 12 hours every 13 weeks without penalty.
- There's a 12-hour non-billable orientation, with guaranteed hours not applicable during this orientation period.
