About the Job

Staffing assistance

Coordinating and organizing meetings and events

Answering emails and telephone calls, and directing customers to relevant staff

Drafting estimates, processing invoices, managing budgets, and dispatching teams

Managing databases

Booking transportation and accommodations

Ordering office supplies

Handling correspondence, complaints, and queries

Preparing letters, presentations, and reports

Maintaining health and safety policies

Onboarding new employees

Organizing employment paperwork

Required Skills

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to concentrate on multiple projects / tasks at once

Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment

Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

Able to perform administrative duties including maintaining files, organizing and preparing reports and maintaining written, electronic and verbal communications

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities, tasks and projects

Detail oriented

Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Required

Bachelors Degree Preferred

Prior experience in an office setting

Excellent organizational skills with ability to work with minimal direction, multi-task and meet deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Suite

Sometimes this role will require you to leave the office to complete certain tasks. A reliable mode of transportation is a must.

Job Type : Full-time

Salary : $14.00 per hour plus commission
