Position Overview :
As a Caregiver with Avondale Care Group, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being in the comfort of their homes.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure safety and comfort.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and provide companionship.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry.
- Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
- Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in caregiving is a plus.
- Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and manage various care needs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
