We have an immediate opening for an Operations Manager at our Reno, NV location.

This position is with an industry leading food manufacturing company that specializes in quality bakery ingredients, products, supplies, and services.

Salary : $75,000-$80,000 / year + 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus + Benefits

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

This is a Full-Time / Direct Hire opportunity.

Position Summary :

As an Operations Manager , you will be an active contributor, comfortable with all moving parts, and hands-on in your approach.

You will have the opportunity to direct and coordinate activities of warehouse and transportation operations to optimize the use of equipment, facilities, and personnel.

What We're Looking For :

• 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager in the Food Manufacturing Industry ( Required ).
• PCQI certification (preferred).
• Additional certifications such as 6 Sigma / Lean, forklift, and CDL are beneficial.
• Ability to relocate to Reno, NV before starting work (required).

What You'll Do As An Operation Manager :

• Maintain reports for the General Manager with clear actions for deficiencies and opportunities.
• Review results of warehouse and transportation operations.
• Oversee sales levels and manage projects and schedules.
• Ensure inventory control and the sanitation and physical condition of the warehouse, material handling equipment, and rolling stock.
• Schedule and supervise all necessary repairs.
• Manage food safety and security for the branch.
• Ensure the safety of departmental associates and visitors.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse and transportation regulations.
• Direct the salvage of products identified as damaged or spoiled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits :

• Salary : $75,000-$80,000 per year.
• 10% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus.
