Job Description : RNTED is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our innovative packages to landlords, highlighting the benefits of our service, and helping them maximize their rental income.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and prospect potential landlords and property owners
• Present and promote RNTED’s flat rate listing packages to potential clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
• Understand clients’ needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals
• Provide clients with detailed information about our services and benefits
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors

Qualifications :

• MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Spanish speaking or any other languages is a HUGE PLUS.
