Requirements :

• Hold a valid Ohio Dental Hygienist license.
• Bring your 1+ years of experience as a RDH to the table.
• Showcase your tech-savviness with digital records.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills are a must.

Roles & Responsibilities : As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you play a critical

role in promoting oral health & preventing dental diseases. We are counting on you to

help our patients by :

• Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments : Reviewing medical histories, taking dental x-rays, and assessing oral health conditions.
• Dental Cleanings & Periodontal Care : Prophylaxis Cleanings, Scaling & Root Planing, Polishing, treating periodontal diseases, placing sealants, administering localized antibiotics, assisting with anesthetic, etc.
• Patient Education : Providing oral hygiene instructions, nutritional counseling, and guidance on preventive measures to maintain optimal oral health.

Educating patients on proper brushing, flossing, and other home care techniques.
