About The Position
Weekly Pay Range - $573 To $636 Job Title : MRI Technologist or Technician Job Specialty : MRI Job Duration : 12 months Shift : 9.
5 hours, 07 : 00-17 : 00 Day (Tuesday-Friday 7 : 30a-6p, Occasional Saturdays 7 : 30a-4p) Guaranteed Hours : 38 hours per week Experience : Minimum 1 year, 2 years preferred License : NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License R.
T. (R) (MR) (ARRT) Certifications : BLS Must-Have : Grey scrubs Job Description : Perform MRI procedures following established protocols.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.- Document patient care services by charting in-patient and department records.
- Adhere to policies and procedures related to MRI safety, and radiation protection.- Collaborate effectively with radiologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide quality patient care, demonstrating compassion and professionalism.- Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks when required.
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay current in the field.- Ensure the proper functioning of MRI equipment and report any malfunctions timely.
