Store Manager
The Store Manager is an integral part of our KENT leadership teams. They are responsible for all operations within the store including delivering financial results, managing associate performance, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace through employee engagement and store events.
Store Managers typically go onto become a district manager or district sales manager, or work in other areas of our business.

We are currently looking for a Store Manager at our KENT Conception Bay South store located at 20 Gateway Drive, CBS, NL.
What You Will Bring :
- 5+ years of retail management experience
- Attention to detail with a safety mindset
- Ability to coach and develop associates
- Ability to become a change agent with ability to implement process improvements and evaluate alternate solutions
- Good understanding of budgetary development and financial management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to leverage technology for project management, analysis and solving problems (including Microsoft Office Suite)
