Position : Crop Insurance Producer
Responsibilities :
- Develop new business relationships and maintain existing client accounts
- Evaluate and assess client needs to provide appropriate crop insurance coverage
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations

- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Skills :
- Experience in Crop Insurance sales
- Proficiency in industry software
- Active insurance license
- Strong knowledge of crop insurance policies and procedures
