Our client, an AmLaw 200 law firm, seeks to grow their highly successful technology practice, which includes tech transactions, cybersecurity and privacy matters, AI, blockchain, drone technology and autonomous vehicle technology.
Associate attorneys or Counsel candidates are welcome to apply.
This group is growing rapidly and is the go-to team for some of the largest tech players in the world. While core tech transactions experience is required, this role offers far more than your standard Saas agreement work.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking deals and be on the cutting edge of what's next in the tech, privacy, and cyber world every single day.
This is a friendly group with reasonable billables, a hybrid work environment, and a spirit of collegiality.
We seek 5+ years of corporate tech transactions experience. While they do handle breaches, this is more of a transactional role.
The attorney must be licensed in Georgia and reside in Atlanta. This firm boasts exceptional tenure among its lawyers, dedicated and strategic leadership, and a very successful and tight-knit women's initiative.
