Growing General Contractor based in north FL seeking an experienced professional Commercial Construction Superintendent for projects in the SE US.
Positions available immediately. Commercial experience a must. Ground up experience. Concrete precast structure experience.
Steel frame experience. Travel required. Must be a highly motivated person with a minimum 5 years in a superintendent role in verifiable retail construction.
Requirements : ability to schedule and multitask, read construction drawings, must be computer literate, experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, strong decision making skills.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to supervise multiple trades, Client focused and a team player. Respond w resume, salary requirement and project list.
Pay depends on experience. Bonus on per project basis. Truck / phone allowance. We pay lodging.
