Responsibilities :
Answer phone calls for Clinical Matters
Manage Patient Schedule
Complete various requests from the patient; ie. completing forms, questions regarding care, etc.
Respond to all Text Messages daily to ensure all patients questions are answered
Faxes including Rx refills and prior authorization
Covid Testing and occasional Clinical Assistances
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and compassion to give support to patients
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Familiarity with medical terms and technology
- Understanding of law and ethics pertaining to medical practices
- Strong computer and data entry
