DIRECTOR OF COMMERCIAL SALES & OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage day-to-day sales activities for the commercial division
- Partner with the President of Sales to maximize revenue
- Measure sales KPIs and coach sales team
- Budget and expense planning
DIRECTOR OF COMMERCIAL SALES & OPERATIONS REQUIREMENTS :
- 10+ years of experience within commercial lines
- Active P&C license
- People management experience
