Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the architecture of mission-critical systems, ensuring scalability, security, and sustainability

Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives aligned with business priorities and deliver high-impact outcomes

Mentor engineers and influence the creation of engineering principles, tooling, and standards

Required Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with complex distributed systems

3+ years of experience in payments or the FinTech space

Strong experience with multiple technology stacks and designing scalable APIs and microservices

Proven leadership in complex initiatives spanning infrastructure and product development

Strong understanding of regulatory and security requirements in the financial domain is a plus
