Communications Coordinator
SalesBizLab is seeking a dynamic and organized Communications Coordinator to manage and enhance the company’s internal and external communication efforts.
The Communications Coordinator will play a key role in creating and disseminating content that promotes the company’s brand, engages audiences, and supports business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in content creation, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job : Full time Monday to Friday Weekends free Pay Range : $21.50 - $28.00 per hour THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location : Miami, FL Responsibilities : Develop and implement communication strategies to support the company’s goals and initiatives.
Create, edit, and distribute content across various channels, including press releases, newsletters, blog posts, and social media.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications. Manage media relations, including drafting press materials, coordinating interviews, and building relationships with journalists.
Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on communication efforts and their impact. Assist in the planning and execution of company events, webinars, and presentations.
Oversee the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement tracking. Manage the company’s internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and employee updates.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams.
Experience with media relations and knowledge of the media landscape. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for communication strategies.
