As a RN, you will impact the lives of our residents through providing professional nursing care. Join our team and inspire happiness in the lives of others!What you'll do : * Ensure compliance with state and federal nursing care regulations.
- Plan, organize, and lead nursing personnel in providing quality care.* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to execute elder care policies.
- Conduct rounds for assessment, care completion, and evaluations.* Administer prescribed treatments, including injections and testing.
- Ensure adherence to individual service plans and provide necessary care.* Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation.
What you'll bring : * High School diploma or GED.* Current Texas Registered Nurse License.* Current CPR Certification.* Minimum one-year related experience preferred, or appropriate formal education or Buckner training.
Working knowledge of basic health care practices and procedures, including infection control.* A friendly attitude and a servant's heart.
