Sponsorship Activation & Fulfillment Specialist, Marketing / Communications, Baptist Downtown Baptist Health and Wolfson Childrens Hospital are seeking to oversee the planning, execution, and fulfillment of sponsorship agreements, including high-profile sports partnerships. This role serves as the primary liaison between the organization, its partners, agencies, and internal teams, ensuring that all contractual obligations are met and sponsorships deliver maximum value.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sponsorship accounts and develop activation concepts that align with brand and marketing goals.
• Produce detailed reports to track assets, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Streamline processes for asset tracking and maintain strong partner relationships.
• Implement best practices to ensure seamless execution and collaborate across departments to secure approvals and align initiatives.
• Support events that may occur during evenings, weekends, or holidays.
