Supply Management Leader
We are hiring a Supply Management Leader in Grand Rapids, Michigan to manage our commodity strategies!
What You Will Be Doing :
- The Supply Management Leader oversees commodities and is responsible for developing and managing commodity strategies, supporting supplier development, reducing cost, and leading key category initiatives.
- Managing supplier relationships.
- Negotiating and executing vendor contracts.
- Implementing supply chain strategies.
- Driving cost out of the supply chain.
- Negotiating contractual terms including payment, rebates, discounts, etc.
- Supplier bidding and selection.
- Developing a vendor base that creates and sustains a competitive advantage and strategically supports manufacturing.

You will be part of a collaborative team working with marketing, quality, engineering, and procurement leadership. This position reports to the Supply Management Manager.

- 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
