We are looking for a savvy marketing professional who has a proven record of leading multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
Serving BRP's Insurance Advisory Solutions division and reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role will help elevate the brand for one of the country's fastest growing insurance brokerages and amplify BRP's key differentiators, including our industry and product specializations and the people who lead those efforts, through thought leadership and other content development, lead generation, sales enablement, paid media, and owned and earned channels.
You'll work directly with our sales and operations leaders in the business, along with colleagues across digital marketing, communications, content, marketing technology, and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop strategies for national priority marketing campaigns and key vertical specialties in collaboration with business, sales and marketing leadership and other key internal stakeholders.
Launch, manage, and measure campaigns that drive demand and establish brand awareness, iterating based on data-fueled learnings and qualitative feedback from leaders and colleagues.
Determine key performance metrics to measure effectiveness of campaign effectiveness and ROI and provide regular updates to leaders and stakeholdersIdentify trends and insights for given campaign topics and develop content to bring topics to life leaning on business subject matter experts, including but not limited to : whitepapers, case studies, infographics, blogs, videos, social media posts, and press releases.
Review new channels, content approaches, and technology developments to ensure The Baldwin Grou is contemporary and forward looking.
Support the process for the ideation, development, and distribution of sales collateral, promotion flyers, advisor playbooks, scripts, and other sales enablement resources that will activate campaigns at the lower funnel.Requirements :
The ideal candidate will have :
Proven experience in developing, coordinating and executing multi-touch, multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns.A bias toward measurement and continual improvement, and the grit to roll up your sleeves to ensure it happens.
Excellent organizational and relationship building skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, drive projects to completion, gain buy-in from stakeholders, and prioritize work to deliver goals.
Ability to collaborate with peers and leaders and manage a team to achieve desired results, by building trust and relationships across different functions in the organization.
Independence and ability to balance multiple projects with differing timelines, deliverables, and expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal as well as excellent attention to detail.Education :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience :
5 - 8 years combined, relevant experience spanning the following areas : Developing effective marketing campaigns, managing execution, performance measurement, and tactical excellence to drive continuous improvement and ROISupporting traditional B2B marketing activities, including but not limited to channel enablement, product marketing, promotions, events, sales enablement, and content marketingSoftware / Technical Skills :
