Associate wanted to join independent, physician-owned three-person retina medical / surgical practice in upstate New York’s Hudson Valley Albany-Saratoga Region.
The practice has a strong referral base and enjoys an excellent regional reputation. Experienced office staff work harmoniously as a team and provide excellent technical, imaging, and surgical support in an efficient and pleasant work environment.
The doctors employ a team approach and share responsibility for patient care. We have our own centrally located suburban free-standing building.
Well-equipped surgical facilities are close by, at both a dedicated ophthalmic ASC and a full-service hospital.
This opportunity offers excellent work-life balance. We have a single central location, and no travel to satellite offices is required.
There are no weekend or evening office hours. Partnership and equity ownership are available. We intend to remain physician owned and independent.
The upper Hudson Capital area is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. The cost of living is low with affordable housing.
The area has excellent public and private schools. It is rich in cultural resources including universities, colleges, museums, theaters, and music venues.
We are a one-hour drive from the Adirondack, Berkshire (Massachusetts), Green (Vermont) and Catskill Mountains, for outdoor recreation year-round.
New York City, Boston and Montreal are only a few hours away. The medical school supports a residency program, and academic affiliation is available.
