Vision Homecare Services is currently seeking a Client Services Manager to maintain and develop our Private Duty Nursing business line in New Rochelle, NY.
The ideal candidate should be an energetic, organized person capable of multi-tasking and working in a team environment.

Qualifications :
- High School Diploma, College Degree (not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to develop / maintain professional relationships
- Computer experience (email, scheduling software, Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance per company guidelines
- Must have patience, adaptability, and integrity.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain schedules and supervise Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Resolve customer service issues to ensure client success
- Monitor caregiver activity
- Verification of caregiver shifts for payroll / billing purposes
- On-call responsibilities
- Work cohesively with Clinical, Compliance and Intake Departments to admit new patients, manage caregivers, and maintain regulatory standards.
