About the Job

We are searching for a Mobile Database Administrator to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining mobile database systems to ensure optimal performance, accessibility, and reliability, all while delivering excellent technical support to internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, hourly position where you will leverage your expertise in mobile database technologies to ensure seamless support and operation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot mobile database systems to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor database operations to quickly identify and resolve any technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support team to deliver exceptional support and resolve database queries and concerns.
  • Develop and execute backup and recovery plans for mobile databases.
  • Optimize database structures and queries for enhanced performance and scalability.
  • Ensure database security and integrity by implementing best practices and access control procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation for database systems and support protocols.
  • Stay updated on the latest mobile database technologies and trends to recommend system upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Database Administrator, with a focus on mobile databases.
  • Strong proficiency in mobile database management systems and related technologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for database-related issues.
  • Knowledge of database security practices and data integrity standards.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with customer support operations and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
