Supply Planner
As a Supply Planner, you will develop and execute supply plans to optimize customer service, inventory levels, and costs, while meeting key performance indicators. Collaborating with internal and external partners, you will manage production schedules, resolve supply issues, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes. Leveraging your supply chain expertise and analytical skills, you will contribute to the supply review process and utilize planning systems to achieve business objectives.

You will :
- Be responsible for generating a supply plan for your portfolio to support customer service, inventory, and cost.
- Meet your KPIs including (but not limited to) meeting or exceeding customer fill rate, delivering finished goods inventories at or below target levels and meeting waste objectives
- Work closely with internal and external manufacturing, demand planning, materials, and replenishment functions to deliver the categorys goals
- Deliver performance against approved master and detailed schedules and long-range plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans leveraging planning tools
- Be part of the construction of the supply review (operating contract review) and escalating issues
- Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets and waste reduction to meet business objectives
- Participate in and / or lead supply review meetings
- Utilize systems and tools to optimize supply planning output, such as but not limited to APO, MEIO safety stock, RCCP tools.

Bachelor's Degree RequiredIn-depth understanding of the CPG / Food industry, specifically related to the challenges and opportunities of short shelf-life product management.3-5 years of experience successfully performing similar job duties.Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a critical requirement for success in this roleTravel requirements :
Less than 10%The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
