Job Description : Soliant is seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Concord, NC.
This contract position spans the entire 2024 / 2025 school year and involves providing essential speech and language therapy services to students.
Responsibilities :
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
- Document and track student progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements :
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current North Carolina state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
State-Specific Requirements :
- Must hold or be eligible for North Carolina state licensure as an SLP.
- Compliance with all North Carolina state requirements for school-based SLPs, including background checks and certifications.
