We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who can assist our team at the baseline of performance and lead them to utmost success! Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant : Engage with customers to expand brand awareness and knowledge of our top clients products and services to customers Develop an excellent relationship with internal and external peers to ensure campaign deliverability Master the consumer base and territory market to increase brand awareness and sales generation Cross train with the sales team to learn how to present services to customers, the full sales cycle, and following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction Provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request Gain an in-depth understanding of the company bonus tools, communication channels, quality assurance processes, and any regulatory requirements Adherence to corporate development, learning all statistical standards, and implementing training to achieve and exceed sales standards Skills needed for the Marketing Assistant : Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising is a bonus 1-3 years in a customer service, marketing, sales, promotion & advertising or customer facing role Easily interacts with others and maintains an approachable demeanor High caliber work ethic and drive for success.
