We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Accountant with experience in
Human Resources to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing
financial records, budgeting, and accounting tasks within a medical setting, while also handling
HR responsibilities such as payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounting :
o Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and
receivable.
o Prepare and analyze budgets, financial statements, and reports.
o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and healthcare policies.
o Assist with audits and financial reviews.
o Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger accounts.
Human Resources :
o Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy.
o Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement
plans.
o Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
o Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
o Address employee relations issues and provide HR support to staff.
o Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
3-5 years of experience in medical accounting.
Experience in Human Resources, including payroll and benefits administration.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).
Strong understanding of healthcare finance and HR practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
