Your Key Responsibilities

• PT Business Management : Build and maintain an active client base.
• Scheduling : Manage your calendar, ensuring accurate appointments and availability.
• Marketing : Promote personal training programs through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
• Service Excellence : Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts, enhancing member experiences.
• Program Development : Create personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients.

Pay Transparency

Compensation ranges from $39.50 to $94.00 per session, with a base rate of $16 / hr for non-session work, plus additional incentive bonuses.
