Client Delivery Senior Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Delivery (Technical).

Key Responsibilities

Support requirements sessions to define data mapping, transformation rules, and client delivery expectations for file-based integrations

Collaborate with multiple teams to gather and define business and technical requirements for enhancements and custom reporting

Manage and troubleshoot test accounts, SFTP file transfers, and delivery schedules with partners

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in client delivery, operations, project management, or a related field

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Strong organizational and requirements gathering capabilities

Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions

Proactive, entrepreneurial spirit comfortable with ambiguity
