As the Vice President Platform Services and Workforce, you will be at the forefront of SharkNinja’s technology landscape.

Your role is critical in ensuring seamless IT operations, infrastructure management, and strategic alignment with business goals.

Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications :

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Global Data Center Platforms :

  • Maintain on Premises infrastructure for Business-Critical Applications and Services with 24 / 7 uptime requirements.
  • Fulfill SOX compliance requirements for disaster recovery & system builds that meet local regulatory requirements.
  • Provide high availability storage for enterprise needs that can scale for solutions and replicate to provide business continuity.
  • Develop roadmaps for server lifecycle & technology retirement.

Global Network Operations :

  • Maintain global network connectivity for high availability locations, office locations, manufacturing locations and supply chain locations.
  • Provide remote connection for internal and external resources.
  • Provides performance enhancements from 24 / 7 monitoring, capacity planning and optimization on data paths.
  • Develop technology plans for scaling networks within secure environments.

Global Employee Experience :

  • Oversee global organizations provide services through service desk, onsite and remote endpoint support.
  • Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for adoption.
  • Support Global Collaboration tools for hybrid work environments.

Global Cloud Engineering and Operations :

  • Defining and Implementing Cloud Strategy. Define the organization’s cloud vision and strategy including best practices, guidelines, and governance policies related to cloud adoption.
  • Developing and Enforcing Cloud Governance Policies. Ensures that cloud usage adheres to established policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Providing Training and Support. Assists cloud users by offering training, resources, and guidance. It helps teams adopt cloud-native practices and technologies effectively.
  • Measuring and Optimizing Cloud Costs. Track cloud spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Driving Innovation and Continuous Improvement. Foster innovation by exploring new cloud services, architectures, and solutions.

Drives improvements in cloud usage.

Global IT Service & Asset Management :

  • IT Service Management for change management, SLA reporting for internal and external resources, service catalog management, knowledge management and continuous improvement.
  • Asset Management lifecycle for capitalized hardware, enterprise applications, and SaaS licensing. This includes planning, budgeting, deployment, utilization, and retirement.
  • Develop and maintain services management toolset for supporting ITIL processes.

QUALIFICATIONS :

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and / or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, Preferably Master level education.
  • 10+ Years Leadership Experience managing support services, project management, or program management experience.
  • Experience : 10+ years in Large Enterprise IS / IT environment, In depth technical knowledge of IT operations, governance.
  • Language skills : Fluent in English, written and oral. Knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Solid technical background in infrastructure environment including cloud, networks, platforms, applications, cybersecurity, SaaS, and endpoints.
  • Influence and Leadership of technical teams consisting of peers, stakeholders, and staff.
  • Ability to engage with business executives and leadership to communicate processes and services.
  • Ability to develop and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy that supports the organization’s growth and competitiveness.
  • Ability to collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Ability to Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, manage day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, and support services
  • Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of technology systems.
  • Lead and oversee network architecture, data centers, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
  • Ability to lead and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Ability to build and lead an unstoppable IT team.
  • Ability to collaborate with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.
  • Ability to engage and / or lead engagements with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and priorities.
