JOB SUMMARY :

Customer Service Representative for customer communication, daily order entry of whole goods of standard and custom designed and engineered water filtration equipment and parts.

Functions include but not limited to quoting of small parts or standard equipment, quote review and verification for order entry, RMA’s for returning product, packaging of all pertinent order documents, communication of order status to customers, logistics coordination, bill of ladings, packing slips, for domestic and international shipments, provide research if required, technical support as required and able, etc.

Must have the ability to work in and understand a manufacturing environment and the ability to understand the complexities of nonstandard equipment which are outside of what we consider a catalog sale .

Must have the ability to learn and understand the products and processes of company and customer’s unique requirements, nomenclature, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Utilize Sage Mas 100 for daily order entry of whole goods and parts and revisions to sales orders if required.
• Provide basic quotations of small parts and standard products.
• Coordinate with freight companies and with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Heavy coordination & communication with shipping departments in various locations.
• Communication and follow up regarding status of open quotes and orders with customers, as well as with internal departments.
• Proactively provide technical support and problem-resolution for our customers if required for basic fundamentals and product questions.
• Create and track RMA’s from beginning to end
• Ability to problem-solve and escalate issues to management when required.
• Ability to multitask with many factors or tasks open at the same time.
• Consistent follow through on projects, tasks and objectives.

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS :

• Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous production experience, 5+ years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite software at Intermediate to Advanced experience level.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills to communicate effectively and interact with clients, all levels of management and staff.
• Professional conduct and appearance.
• Ability and desire to want to grow and be a team player within our organization.
• Lifting : 0-20 lbs. unassisted, 50-100 lbs. assisted.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
