Immediate opening for a driver and customer service associate to deliver, assemble customer orders, and admin support for a high-end dry cleaners in Costa Mesa / Newport Beach.
Schedule is 3-4 days per week, starts at 7 am until finished, 25 hours per week. Interpersonal skills are a must.
Pay · $18 to $20 per hour
- Schedule : 3-4 days per week at 7 am to 3 pm
- Previous dry cleaners experience a plus but not required.
Primary Responsibilities & Essential Job Functions
- Deliver and pick to assigned routes using company van
- Excellent customer service
- Tagging and marking incoming items
- Assembly of orders
- Resolves service problems via phone or email
- Accurately records client information
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must have a valid California driver's license
- Driving record must meet the requirements of company's insurance carrier
- Must be professional and provide excellent customer service
- Must speak English, basic computer skills
