Family Medicine Faculty for Bryn Mawr Family Medicine Residency Program

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Family Medicine physician to join our ACGME accredited family medicine residency program as a Faculty Member.

This is a 100% outpatient role that offers a unique opportunity to engage in both patient care and medical education within a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care : Provide high-quality, comprehensive care to your own patient panel in an outpatient setting.
• Teaching and Mentorship : Supervising 18 categorical Family medicine residents and medical students, supporting their clinical and professional development.
• Educational Leadership : Conduct didactic sessions, participate in residency educational activities, and contribute to biannual clinical competency evaluations.
• Quality Improvement : Lead and participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and practice efficiency.

Qualifications :

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Valid Pennsylvania state medical license and DEA registration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development.
