ICF Certified Coach
Position : ICF Certified Coaches
Location : Phoenix, AZ / Remote
Education : Master’s Degree or significant (minimum 5 years) documented civilian or military leadership experience.
Requirement : Remote and On-Site - As needed.
The SME’s should possess demonstrated maturity and life experiences; including education levels, work experiences, or military experience commensurate with the objectives of workshop deliverables, modules of instruction, presentation topics and other program activities;
instructor or facilitator certification and any certification associated with a specific program. SME’s instructor / facilitators must have the qualifications :
- Documented successful completion of an instructor or a facilitator training course that aligns with specific program content.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an instructor or facilitator.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching or facilitating leadership development workshops, programs, or courses of instruction at the collegiate level or military equivalent.
- Facilitators / instructors must be certified to administer at least one of the following behavioural assessments : MBTI, FIRO-B, EQ-I.
- Other experience directly related to leadership development and group instruction.
- Mater’s degree or significant (minimum 5 years) documented civilian or military leadership experience (e.g. senior non-commissioned officer, defence intelligence senior executive service (DISES), to include graduation form associated level academies, seminars, and service schools.
